Strategic Maintenance Planning Ltd. has been implemented a Planned Maintenance and Inventory Management system utilising the HolisTechTM Horizon Computerised Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) for both the Stafford and Leicester sites.

The project was completed at the end of March after which we support Bostik via our Service Support program to ensure the system delivers continuous and incremental improvement within the maintenance and operations environment.

As with the vast majority of projects undertaken by Strategic Maintenance Planning Ltd. it will be delivered on-time and within budget leaving Bostik with a fully operational maintenance solution without the need to spend months or years of internal resource setting it up.
