Strategic Maintenance Planning Ltd can provide an interface for the HolisTech™ Computerised Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) with customers existing software systems. We follow a methodological approach to define and specify the customer's requirement, agree the specification, provide the customisation, install, document and train the customer.

HolisTech™ Horizon Interface to include the following packaged deal.

• Customer Acceptance Testing Support
• Go-live Support
• Training
• 1^st Year Annual Interface Support

NB:  The above package deal excludes any requirement for the configuration of the interface which is typically three days or more, nor does it include any bespoke development required to enable the interface to function as per the Interface Specification Document.  Additionally any 3^rd party software development is outwith SMP Ltd.'s scope of work.

The flowchart below outlines the five stage process SMP Ltd. will adopt for developing a HolisTech™ Horizon interface (excluded elements are in 'orange' boxes).  The five stages include:

1. Specification
2. Modification (excluded from this package deal, to be costed separately if required)
3. Configuration (excluded from this package deal, to be costed separately)
4. Customer Acceptance and Training
5. Go-live and Additional Training

Until the first stage to draft a functional design specification has been completed it will not be known how the interface will function and thus what modifications and configuration may or may not be required.
