SMP Ltd. will complete a ‘Post Implementation System Audit and Review’ on site for the implemented HolisTech™ CMMS.

This audit and review would investigate and review the site based Maintenance Functions’ operation of the system over the six month period from the ‘Full Go-Live’ date up until the date of the audit.  This would provide a short-to-mid term overview of the system’s level of utilisation and degree of operational effectiveness.

Note: Completion of the ‘Audit and Review’ would allow up to six members of staff to take part in a ‘Workshop Session’, would allow the completion of a ‘CMMS Data Audit’ and would allow for the completion of a ‘Standardised Report Results Audit’ at the site.
