Bostik Planned Maintenance and Inventory Management Implementation Project
During the last four months Strategic Maintenance Planning Ltd. has been implementing a Planned Maintenance and Inventory Management system utilising the HolisTech™ Horizon Computerised Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) for both the Stafford and Leicester sites.
The project is due for completion the end of March after which we shall continue to support Bostik via our Service Support program to ensure the system delivers continuous and incremental improvement within the maintenance and operations environment.
As with the vast majority of projects undertaken by Strategic Maintenance Planning Ltd. it will be delivered on-time and within budget leaving Bostik with not just another empty CMMS but a fully operational maintenance solution without the need to spend months or years of internal resource setting it up.
