HolisTech™ CMMS - Training
HolisTech™ Modular Training Program
Training of the appropriate staff in the use of HolisTech™, will maximise staff effectiveness and minimise system administration and costs. Each class should have no more than six delegates to ensure each is given adequate attention and feedback.
Provision for three sessions of one day each is the minimum training requirement, and will normally take place at our facility in Swindon (as seen below) unless training on a customer's site is specifically requested. Training undertaken at our Swindon facility has everything provided for the delegate, including lunch & materials. Courses run from 09.00hrs - 17.00hrs with an hour for lunch plus breaks.
The majority of organisations have a variety of user groups requiring different levels of HolisTech™ training. System Administrators are generally the key users responsible for implementing, administering, amending and controlling the system, whereas operational and maintenance staff will require a lower level of training specific to their user requirements. In each circumstance the training will be assessed and developed to best fit the user group's requirement.
A System Administrator utilising all of HolisTech™'s, modular elements will require six days in total to include training modules SYS01, PPM01, INV01 and ADM01 as detailed in the table below;
Strategic Maintenance Planning also provide advanced courses covering the following:
Health & Safety
HolisTech™ SQL® Version now has an integrated Risk Assessment module. This course covers the use and generation of risk assessments for maintenance activities.
Bar-coding
Covering the use and operation of bar-coding guns. For further information see Bar-coding.
HolisTech™ Training for Engineers
One day courses for engineering staff. This training course is split into a morning and afternoon session. The course will ensure indirectly affected staff are given an overview of the system and can raise Works Orders and record Breakdown information.
HolisTech™ Training for Operations
One day course for operations staff. This day is split into four sessions so that up to twenty persons can undergo the training in one day. The sessions will give operations staff a quick overview of the role of a CMMS and will provide details to allow such personnel to raise requests for engineering work to be completed.
These courses are individually tailored for customers with training being aimed at maintenance and operations personnel as appropriate.
For course costs and further information on the design of bespoke courses please contact the training co-ordinator at Strategic Maintenance Planning.
Courses are valid whatever CMMS package is utilised and costs include all documentation for delegates.
