HolisTech™ Horizon (unlike HolisTech™ Web which is a full blown web application) is a Windows based or client server Computerised Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) application which offers a computerised solution to control asset, maintenance and inventory management activities.

With a Windows based CMMS you can install the application and database on a server without installing any software on the client PC.

CMMS HolisTech™ Horizon - Support

Software Support is provided by IT professionals who are completely experienced in the installation and operation of the HolisTech™ Horizon CMMS.

For HolisTech™ Horizon there are essentially two types of support;

  • Software Support 
  • Enhanced Service Support

Software Support

 The SMP Ltd. ‘Standard Software Support’ package is an annually renewed contract that offers business-day telephone support for most software problems.  However, depending on severity, the company may offer on-site support to resolve a problem where required.  Additionally, regular upgrades to the system and problem fixes as appropriate are provided.We have now launched the new Members Area on the Strategic Maintenance Planning Ltd website (www.smpltd.co.uk).  This password protected area holds information for our Customers on top of the generic information contained on the main site.  Customers are also able to log into their own unique area as well as a HolisTech™ Horizon update area. The Members Area is completely secure and gives you access to:automatic updates and downloads for HolisTech™ Horizonautomatic email notification of updates to nominated Administratorsthe latest news and developmentsup and coming events and user group seminarsNote: Standard Software Support is the minimum requirement and is usually applicable for each site involved in the Multi-site Environment of the HolisTech™ system. Enhanced Service Support

This enhanced support package offers customers both software support and between  10 – 20 days per annum service support (dependant on agreement option) to use when and how the customer decides against any of Strategic Maintenance Planning Ltd.’s consultancy services to include but not restricted to;

  • Training
  • HolisTech™ development
  • Implementation of any HolisTech™ module
  • Maintenance audits
  • Maintenance strategy development

There are many benefits with such a package not least significant savings on our daily rates and software support.
