CMMS HolisTech™ Horizon - Interfaces to SAP etc.

Strategic Maintenance Planning Ltd provides a bespoke service to interface the HolisTech™ Computerised Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) with customers existing software systems. We follow a methodological approach to define and specify the customer's requirement, agree the specification, provide the customisation, install, document and train the customer.

Strategic Maintenance Planning recognise that our customers often work differently from one another and we must therefore specify this way of working before providing the solution.

Existing HolisTech™ Interfaces

Strategic Maintenance Planning Ltd. has developed sophisticated interfaces to a variety of 3rd party software systems to include;

A generic interface is built-in as standard with HolisTech™ so we can quickly develop a specific interface to fit with your business requirements, saving you the all too familiar scenario of double data entry, keying errors and the cost of additional resource.

What will interface with HolisTech™?

Organisations nowadays are becoming increasingly reliant on computer software to facilitate in running their day to day operations. With such a diverse range of software available to serve different functional needs, many companies now find themselves in the situation where they operate stand alone software solutions for different functions and they can not electronically transfer data between these systems.

Strategic Maintenance Planning recognises the fact that some organisations do not wish to purchase yet another standalone system. Therefore we can write an interface program which allows HolisTech™ Horizon to run alongside another system.

For example HolisTech™ could send purchase orders through to another system, or it could interface with an MRP system to let the system know which parts need to be ordered and when.

Interfacing scenarios are as follows:

  • Interfacing to accounting packages to generate requisition or purchase orders through one package
  • Interfacing to a SCADA or PLC system to use diagnostic information for creating work orders
  • Interfacing to ERP Systems
