HolisTech™ CMMS - Tee Card
Strategic Maintenance Planning Ltd. is delighted to announce after months of research and development that HolisTech™ our Computerised Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) now features a fully integrated ‘Tee Card’ module.
Essentially all tasks whether they are planned maintenance, work orders, breakdowns or help desk requests can be created, edited or managed via the Tee Card’s drag and drop functionality. The Tee Card module offers complete control and a visual overview with drill down functionality to core data.
End-users only require access to the Tee Card module simplifying their experience and eliminating the need to access multiple modules. The following images give an overview of the Tee Card module’s functionality.

The various job types are colour coded (custom colours can be configured) to show planned maintenance as blue, work orders as green, breakdowns as red and help desk requests in yellow. Addionally the days are colour coded to indicate the hours in each day an engineer is on shift, this visual indication allows rapid assignment of tasks to available engineers. the hours are then reconciled against resource availability to give a green or red indication illustrating if there is insufficient resources for the tasks allocated as well as a total to detail the number of plus or minus hours for a given day, week, month or year.
Each view can be selected to show either outstanding tasks or completed tasks, with full drag and drop functionality to create new tasks, assign resources, materials, risk assessments and other information as required for the task. Filters may also be applied to ensure only the information you wish to see is presented.

This analytic based annual view illustrates the resource availability against tasks to visually indicate how both reconcile and if additional resources (see October) may be required to complete the allocated work.
